Downloading from this page:

1. Right Click and select 'Save Target As...'
2. Select a location you will remember and click 'Save' 

Medical Director Installation: View video tutorial
1. Open Medical Director and then LetterWriter
2. File menu > Select Modify Template > Select Blank template
3. File > Select Import - locate downloaded file and click on Open
4. File > Select Save as template - type in appropriate name and click on Save

Best Practice Installation:
1. Open a New Letter and from Templates menu select Import templates
2. Locate downloaded file and open
3. From File menu select Save as. Type in an appropriate Template name and click on Save

Genie Installation:
1. From the front page of Genie, click on 'Create or print a merged letter template'.
2. To make or add a new template, click on 'Add template' or to edit an existing template
simply click on the template you want to edit.
3. Next, click 'File' then 'Open' and locate the template you want to import.
4. Name the template and click 'Save'

Practix Installation:

1. Right Click and choose 'Save Target As'
2. Save the file inside the templates directory in the mspdata folder on the server, 
or the L: drive of your local machine.
3. Please ensure you unzip the files before attempting to use
